Modesto Chapter - Fork 'N' Bottle 2018

We invite you to join us for the 11th Annual Fork 'N' Bottle: a wine, beer and food tasting event! Wineries and breweries will be pouring delicious tastings and answering all of your questions. Appetizers and small plates will be provided by local restaurants.
You and your friends won't want to miss out on your favorite local bites and sips all in one place! This year's event also includes an exciting new location: Greens on 10th! Proceeds from this event, including the silent auction, go toward scholarships for local students attending Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
Colorado Chapter - Happy Hour

Join fellow Cal Poly Alumni living in Colorado for a night of networking and catching up with friends new and old. There will be happy hour specials on drinks and food and while this event is free, donations to our chapter are always welcome! Interested in joining the chapter board? We are currently looking for those interested in sitting on our board.
Parking is available in the building for $5 and across the street at the DaVita building.

Washington DC Chapter - March Happy Hour

We've been seeing Cal Poly faculty and distinguished alumni in DC the last few months - and yes, they're at our events too! Join your fellow alumni at Hawthorne on Thursday, March 1st. Free State is a Maryland-themed bar located in Chinatown. It is easily accessible from the Chinatown and Judiciary Square metro stops (red/green/yellow lines). It's also a short walk from Metro Center station (red, blue, orange, silver lines). We hope to see you there!
Bring your friends! One of the best parts about Cal Poly is the people. And good people keep good friends, so we want to meet yours. Our monthly happy hour is the perfect meeting place for everyone to network and socialize. Make it your go-to happy hour and get social with Cal Poly.
Are you new to the Cal Poly Alumni - DC Chapter? Monthly happy hours are always on the first Thursday of the month. We rotate locations throughout the year and try to make things easily accessible. It is a great way to unwind from the week, network and meet other alumni in the DC area!

San Diego Chapter - Gulls Hockey Game

Join us for the San Diego Gulls vs. Milwaukee Admirals game on March 16th! Your $27 ticket will include entry into the arena, a seat in our reserved block, and the opportunity to cheer on our local team with other Cal Poly alumni.

Bakersfield Chapter - Mustang Mixer at Firestone Grill

The Cal Poly Alumni - Orange County Chapter is excited to hose our 3rd Annual Fork 'N' Bottle Scholarship Fundraiser at the impressive Marconi Automotive Museum in Tustin.
Your palate will be pleased as you sample from a fantastic mix of over two dozen SLO and OC restaurants, breweries, wineries, distilleries and more, while bidding on exclusive silent auction items to raise scholarship funds for current Cal Poly students from the Orange County area. We hope you'll take advantage of this opportunity to help a young student pursue a dream you once shared - to attend Cal Poly!

Varsity Club Chapter - Cactus Mixer

The Cal Poly Alumni - Varsity Club is hosting its 2nd Annual Cactus Mixer at Spring Training in Arizona. The event will be held at The Thirsty Lion in Tempe AZ starting at 6 pm MST.
Your ticket includes heavy appetizers, one drink ticket, and the opportunity to meet Cal Poly Baseball Alumni playing and coaching in Major League Baseball. All Cal Poly Alumni and their families are welcome. Cal Poly Baseball Alumni have a strong presence year after year at Spring Training and we can't wait for you to join in on the fun!
San Francisco/ San Jose Chapter - Cal Poly Alumni at the Golden State Warriors Game

Before the game we will be meeting up at the Draft Kings Lounge at 4:30 pm (by Section 124 in the concourse). Wear your Cal Poly gear to be sure you can find your fellow Cal Poly Alumni! Photo ID is required for ticket pick up at will-call. Basketball game begins at 5:30. Our tickets are located in section 226, rows 1-10.

Environmental Engineering Chapter - 50th Reunion

SAVE THE DATE! You are invited to join Cal Poly's Civil & Environmental Engineering Department to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Environmental Engineering Program and all it's glory!
The celebration will be a weekend you will never forget as it will take place in the beautiful City of San Luis Obispo where you once called home. There will be plenty to do with events like outdoor activities, networking socials, and a special tour of Cal Poly's engineering facilities and ENVE labs.
The celebration will close with a banquet filled with memories and laughs from ENVE alumni, staff, and faculty, including retirees. You as an alum are a big part of our department's history and you have helped make the program one of the most respected in the country.
Join us as we celebrate Cal Poly's Environmental Engineering legacy while we catch up with old friends and make some new ones too!

San Francisco/ San Jose Chapter - 13th Annual Cal Poly Bay Area Giants Game and Tailgate BBQ

Please join us for the Cal Poly Alumni 13th Annual San Francisco Giants Game & Tailgate BBQ on Saturday, July 14!
The Giants are playing the Oakland As at AT&T Ballpark. Come out and join fellow Cal Poly alumni, family and friends for a tailgate BBQ and the "Battle of the Bay" game!
Rob Newsom (GRC '96) is back on the BBQ grilling his famous tri-tip and shrimp along with sides, bread and dessert. Beer/wine will be available to those over 21.
Tickets for this event always sell out, so be sure to act quickly!
Game Ticket Pick-up: Tickets will be distributed at the Tailgate. Please be sure to pick-up your tickets BEFORE 6:30 pm. Any tickets not picked up will be given to the SF Giants Will Call ticket office and be placed under the name of the person who purchased the tickets. The SF Giants require a photo ID to claim tickets.
SF Giants Infant ticket policy: Infant Ticket Requirements All fans entering AT&T Park must have a ticket, except for those fans under two years of age. Any child under 24 months must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult.
Proceeds from the event support the San Francisco/San Jose scholarship fund, which helps current Cal Poly students from the Bay Area.
